Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Gatrevo account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

Gatrevo is an AI-powered outbound campaign orchestration tool. It connects to your existing CRM, sequencer, and communication channel to help sales teams identify target companies, find contacts, write email sequences, and enroll contacts — all with human approval gates.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gatrevo to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable law
• Harass, threaten, or target individuals unlawfully
• Circumvent CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam regulations
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission

You are responsible for ensuring your outbound campaigns comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Your data

You own your data. Gatrevo stores campaign records and contact data on your behalf. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance via your registered email. The Starter (free) plan is provided as-is with no uptime SLA.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gatrevo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
