Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Gatrevo collects information you provide directly — your name, email address, and workspace credentials. We also collect the credentials you enter to connect third-party integrations (CRM, sequencer, channel). Credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged in plaintext.

We collect usage data to operate the service: campaign records, company lists, contact lists generated during campaigns, sequence drafts, and approval logs. This data belongs to your workspace and is used solely to run your campaigns.

2. How we use your data

We use the data you provide to run Gatrevo — prospecting, deduplication, sequence generation, and contact enrollment. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your campaign data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Third-party integrations

When you connect a CRM, sequencer, or channel provider, data flows between Gatrevo and that provider according to the provider's own privacy policy. Gatrevo acts as a data processor on your behalf. You retain ownership and control of all contact data.

4. Data retention

Campaign records and contact data are retained as long as your workspace is active. You can request deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting privacy@gatrevo.ai. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Integration credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets store separate from campaign data. We conduct regular security reviews. See our Security page for details.
